DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Tea towels and wall prints will be dispatched with Royal Mail within 3 working days of receipt of payment. Cushions take a little longer as they are made to order. We aim to get these dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of payment. We will contact you by email if there are any changes to your delivery.

DELIVERY

Under the Consumer Contract Regulations you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 working days after the day on which you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You do not need to give any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. However, you will need to notify us in writing, by post or email.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase must also be included in your return. If your product is unwanted and you have contacted us within 14 days, you can return it to us at your expense provided it is unused and undamaged. Once we have received the order back, we will then issue a refund within 14 days.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and credit will be automatically applied to your method of payment. We recommend that you retain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost on their way back to us.
