Logo Design, Branding and Illustration for Businesses

Starting out, or ready to give your business a fresh look? I design logos, branding and marketing graphics that help you stand out, without agency prices. I've been doing it for over 20 years, from my studio in Halifax, West Yorkshire.

You deal directly with me. There are no account managers, no overheads and no jargon, just a fixed-price quote before we start.

How We Can Work Together

Logo & branding: got an idea or a rough sketch? I'll turn it into a logo and a consistent look for your website, social media, signage and stationery.
Print & marketing: flyers, brochures, adverts, menus and social media graphics that suit your customers.
Web graphics & vector conversion: clean, print-ready files for whatever you need them for.
Custom illustration: hand-painted artwork that beats generic stock images every time.
Surface pattern & textile design: browse my fabric, wallpaper and wall murals on Spoonflower and HappyWall. Or get in touch for a bespoke design or licensing.

Why not just use Canva or an AI logo generator?

Canva and AI logo generators are quick and cheap, and fine for a social post. A logo is different. Template-based and AI-generated logos can end up looking a lot like something that already exists, which makes it hard to stand out or protect your brand as you grow. They often come as flat image files rather than proper vectors, so they can fall apart when you blow them up for signage or shrink them down for a social media icon. And neither will ask who your customers are or what your business is really about. I'll design something that's only yours, built around your business, and send you every file you need for print, web and signage. Agreed upfront, with a fixed price and no surprises.

How It Works

Hello: tell me about your business, your ideas and your budget.
Quote: you get a fixed price in writing, with no surprise costs.
Design: I send concepts and we refine them together.
Final files: once the final invoice is settled, you receive high-resolution files ready for print and web.
A deposit is required before work begins and will be stated in your quote.
